Boss: You are Wrong. End of Story.

It fascinates me that there has to be rules on what, when, where, why, and how things can be said to your boss. I am in a predicament where I am so hated (which has been confirmed over and over in recent weeks), I feel that candor is the only way. I have told both Wussy and Dummy Boss that I think they are silly and petty and that I am not afraid of them (it was all in context, otherwise I try my best to not speak to them at all and forget they exist). But, I come across all of these tips on how to speak to your boss in a way that won't deflate their unjustifiably inflated senses of self.
